What is this?

Making A Purchase
All our prices are in UK pounds. The currency converter on each page will give you an approximate price in your local currency. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Our web site is fully secure, so your card details remain safe.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (subject to stock). UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£5.95) or Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked (£3.95) Special Delivery orders placed before 4pm should, subject to availability and excluding weekends and holidays, be delivered the next day before 1pm.
Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked Delivery orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days. A signature may be required on receipt of order.
Free delivery, using Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked delivery, is offered on all purchases over £50, unless Special Delivery is selected.
Outside the UK, orders are sent by recorded Air Mail Post, and the delivery charge is calculated by the website according to the weight of the order. Delivery times will vary between 3 days and 15 days, depending on the destination country.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product you receive is not as you expected, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The Garden Pharmacy does not disclose buyers information to third parties. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Returns Policy
We offer a full refund on any faulty products. You also have the right to cancel the contract, for any reason, by giving notice in writing, from the time the contract is concluded until the end of seven days after the date of receipt of goods. We will provide you with a full refund. Please note that postage/shipping costs are not refunded on goods returned other than according to these conditions.
