Charges & Delivery times

UK: Delivery in the UK is either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Prices are as follows:
£7.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day delivery before 1pm* (excluding delivery and collection on Sundays & holidays)
£5.95 Royal Mail Next Day Tracked Delivery (8am-8pm excluding delivery and collection on weekends and holidays)*
£3.95 Royal Mail Standard Tracked, 2 to 4 day delivery*.
Please note that orders for Next Day service must be placed before 4pm.
All Special Delivery orders require a signature on delivery. Other orders may require a signature.
ORDERS OVER £50 will be sent by Royal Mail/Tracked Delivery service (next day), unless Special Delivery is selected.

CENTRAL LONDON (Postcodes W1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4 )
We will endeavour to deliver all orders to Central London over £20, placed before 4pm, on the same day*

EUROPE & NORTH AMERICA: Shipping is charged according to weight (shipped with Fedex), and will be displayed on the website before you enter your credit card details. Delivery is usually 3-7 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for goods held by customs - in the event of parcels being refused by the recipient due to customs (and being returned back to us) we reserve the right to re-charge your card for the return shipping cost.


REST OF WORLD: Shipping is charged according to weight (shipped with Fedex or Royal mail), and will be displayed on the website before you enter your credit card details. Delivery is usually 7-14 days, although delivery to some countries (especially in South America) can take up to three weeks.
Please note that we are not responsible for goods held by customs - in the event of parcels being refused by the recipient due to customs (and being returned back to us) we reserve the right to re-charge your card for the return shipping cost.




All claims for non-delivery must be received with 30 days of shipment of order.
