EFFECTIVENESS VERSES COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS

From 1990 to 1993, questionnaires were sent to all product users. A compilation of competitive products was assembled from the returned questionnaires. In addition, further data was gathered through conversation with customers. Most of these customers were not local, but lived in various parts of the country a good distance from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida our home base.

A breakdown of respondents from questionnaires received as of February, 1993 is as follows:

                                                FINDINGS:
