Order process:
1. We take payment from your card at the time we despatch your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.
2. We will send to you an e-mail that your order is being processed, if you enter a correct e-mail address, and will also send you an order acknowledgement e- mail. Neither of these are order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
3. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we have sent acknowledging e-mails (see 2 above)
4. The contract will be formed at the place of despatch of the goods and order invoice.
5. The purchase of goods is subject to availability.
6 Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will be able to log in to the site to see this, and previous orders.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we process your order.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order.
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

All measurements are approximate.
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us by e-mail (sales@garden.co.uk), as soon as is practicably possible.

Refund policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days).
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Privacy We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.
When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password.
